He has been held the position as a court clerk, assistant judge, judge and presiding judge consecutively. Based on the huge volumes of IP and business dispute cases, he accumulated extensive trial experience and got solid understanding on China court practice and legal system. Dr. Jiang joined one of the most famous domestic Intellectual Property firms in 2005. In his professional career, Dr. Jiang has provided high quality intellectual property protection service for domestic and foreign clients. In 2009, he established Chinable IP together with other 4 partners. Dr. Jiang studied in South Korea for several years, with deep understanding in Korean corporation operation and business culture.
